Congratulations on making it to the end of our Push Up Challenge. If you have followed the challenge from start to finish, you’ve done well over 700 push ups since February 2nd. That’s a lot of push ups.
Your final workout is very simple.
50 push ups
Yes. 50. Five-zero. Fifty. Fity (as in cent).
Here are the “rules”.
- You can do 50 all in one fell swoop in full Military form.
- Break them up into 5 sets of 10.
- Alternate between Military and Modified.
- All Modified.
I don’t care how you get them done. But do them. If you have to move to an incline position like a bench. Fine. If you need to move to wall. Move to a wall. Get the point? The only “rule” is that you need to do them together. Meaning, you can’t do 10 in the morning, 10 at lunch and 30 in the evening.
