Push Up Challenge – Day 18

Here’s your quick Push Up Challenge Workout for today!

The numbers are lower so practice proper form, go slow and steady.

Warm up 3-5 minutes (walk in place, do jumping jacks, jog up and down the hall)

Perform the following workout 1 time through: (with a 15 second rest in between):

  • 8 push ups (modified or military)
  • 15 push ups (modified, military)
  • 8 push ups (modified, military)
  • 8 push ups (modified or military)

Now go run!
