Tuesday Throw-Down

Okey dokey people.  You hopefully took advantage of the rest day (I know I did).  Today we ease back with our workout.  In case you’re counting, this is Day 14 of our 30 Day Challenge.

And if you are out of town with the kidlets this week on a Mid-Winter Break you can still drop and give me whatever and go about your day.

Warm up 3-5 minutes (walk in place, do jumping jacks, jog up and down the hall)

Perform the following workout 1 time through: (with a 15 second rest in between):

  • 5 push ups
  • 8 push ups
  • 5 push ups
  • 10  push ups

Modified or Military – your choice.  It’s a short workout today so please give me all of the pushups.  No cutting corners.

Now go run!
