Love Your Arms, Chest, Back, etc.

Happy day before Valentine’s Day!    Here’s your push up challenge for today:

Warm up 3-5 minutes (walk in place, do jumping jacks, jog up and down the hall)

Perform the following workout 1 time through: (with a 15 second rest in between):

  • 12 push ups
  • 8 push ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 6  push ups

Modified or Military – your choice.

Now go run!
