Drink up!

Here’s a friendly reminder to drink your water!  A glass when you wake up, a glass with each meal or snack will knock out 5 servings easily.  Have another 8-10 ounces after exercise (or during) and another in the afternoon.  It will help curb your appetite and provide necessary lubrication to your joints and hydration to your body.

And ladies, it’s no joke that if you are hydrated your skin will glow.

Not a fan of the plain kind?  Add a slice of lemon, lime or oranges.  Muddle some berries or add sliced kiwi or cucumber for a refreshing spa effect.  Sparkling water counts too as long as it’s sodium free.
