Don’t forget to set your clocks back 1 hour this weekend. Ideally when you got to bed on Saturday night so you can get that extra hour of slumber and wake refreshed instead of confused on Sunday morning!
While there are pros and cons against this setting the clock back thing, I’m all for having some extra daylight for my morning workout. The downside is that I’ll feel like slipping into my jammies and going to bed when the sun goes down at 5:45pm. Actually, that might be another pro!
