On October 27th, it’s World Vegetarian Day and the San Francisco Veg Society (SFVS) is hosting World Veg Fest. It’s an action-packed weekend featuring informative lectures by influential members of the veg movement, creative plant-based cooking demos, delicious vegan cuisine, free samples, vegan-friendly merchandise, and more!
My friend Stephanie and I are heading into SF for the day to check it out. With speakers covering topics such as health, animal rights and the environment I imagine there’s going to be a diverse group of attendees there.
I’ll keep you posted and share anything that I learn. And while I know that not many of you are on my plant-based journey, I’m convinced that if everyone ate more fruits and vegetables we’d all be healthier.
Now go run!
