I have given much thought to my next challenge and then as I posted the 30 day running results it became crystal clear. I’m stiff as a board and as hydrated as the desert and that a 30 day challenge to improve both of these situations would be a perfect fit!
So here are the rules for my 30-Day Challenge Part 2
- Do yoga per day for 30 days
- Drink 2 liters of water per day for 30 days
I am hoping to gain some flexibility and some inner OM from the former and dewey skin (plus all of the other benefits) of good old fashioned H2O from the former! I’ll keep track and let you know how it goes!
