Today is my 45th birthday!

And while I have some wrinkles I’m not thrilled with, some sun spots from summers  spent with just a spritz  of  SPF 2, and more silver on my head that I’d care to admit, I feel fit, strong and full of energy and excited.

A birthday would be useless without family and friends so I’m extra-super-duper lucky because I’m blessed with a remarkable family and some pretty awesome friends!  Love you guys!
