Three Things I Like About Running!

As I dash out the door for a trail run I wanted to share the 3 things I like about running.  Trust me, there are more than 3 but let’s keep it simple!

1.  It feels good.  Once you get past the first few miles, that is.

2. You can get a quality workout in as little as 30 minutes.  Push yourself up some hills and break a good sweat and that 30 minutes is gold.

3.  Seeing runners running makes me want to go for a run.  I don’t care if you are clocking a 12 min or 7 min mile – if you are out there running,  I want to join you.
