Quality Training

So my marathon training hit a snag this week.    I was supposed to get in two 5 mile runs earlier this week but my schedule only allowed for a few 3 mile runs instead.  So instead of fussing over it or skipping them altogether because my plan was falling apart I decided to make those two runs the best 3 miles possible.

I included some killer hills and made sure I pushed hard.  The distance wasn’t what I planned but I did get some quality runs and made every step count.   On to the 12 miler this weekend!
