I love this quote by Zig Ziglar. Many of his messages were very simple yet cut straight to the quick.

Nothing happens until you take action. So the next time you hesitate about doing something; whether it’s taking the lead on a project at work, signing up for a race, or going to a boot-camp class, I want you to take a big deep breath, strike a power pose, crank up the Rocky theme song and dive right in.
