I do not have one fitness goal set for 2020. I haven’t paid for a race, haven’t checked out any events and (in full disclosure) haven’t really gotten back on track with running.
I know from experience that once I set a goal I’ll be ok. But for now, I’m going to take advantage of not being bound by a training schedule. And just chill.
2020 will be here soon enough and then it’s off to the races. Pun intended.
