On this edition of Workout Wednesday let’s just cut to the chase.
Exercise is good for you. It’s good for you from top to bottom and inside out. It keeps your ticker ticking, blood pumping, muscles strong and your mental state on an even keel. (For the most part).
All it takes is about 10 minutes, or even 2 blocks of 5 minutes. a day to start. Your ‘gym’ can be a square foot where you can march in place and your equipment is those little things attached to the bottom of our legs called feet. We have ALL that we need.
Think I’m exaggerting?
An woman in St Louis lost 12o lbs 16 years ago by walking in her 1 bedroom apartment. Back and forth countless times totaling 3000 steps a day. (No joke, you can read it here: https://www.ebony.com/life/elderly-woman-loses-120-lbs-walking-one-bedroom-apartment/). She’s 86 now and fit as a fiddle.
So we’ll close out today on this little nugget.
Now go run!
