Just for today…

  • Talk to your friends about things that that empowers, uplifts you, or just makes you smile (instead of bitching about stuff).
  • Thank your partner for mowing the lawn or picking up their socks (even though, really, how hard is it to pick up socks off the floor?)
  • Watch the honeybadger videos on YouTube (because the honeybadger is bad-ass).
  • Make a done list.
  • Tell your kids what you learned today.
  • Laugh.  A lot.

It’s easy to get caught up in the our problems and while being positive or silly won’t solve everything (because some things require more than a positive thought).  At least it’s a step in the right direction.

Now go run!
